Firmware preview with dual mode for the AZ-GTI mount

A new firmware version for the AZ-GTi mount is available as a pre-test version.
You can download it from our download page.

This new version allows you to position the telescope to the right of the mount at startup and, particularly interestingly, features equatorial mode.
To do this, you must mount the mount to a polar elevation (e.g., that of the Star Adventurer) or a ball head or tilt head and align it to the celestial pole. For heavier telescope/camera combinations, you must also use the counterweight rod, e.g., from the EQ1 mount. For control, use the SynScan app, which is available for iOS, Android, and PC.

This firmware is currently only a test version and may still contain some bugs!
