Universal variable polarizing filter with 2" filter thread.
This variable polarizing filter enables stepless adjustment of the image brightness. This is very helpful for individually compensating for strong contrast differences on various observation objects. Especially when observing the moon and planets, but also when observing the sun, this filter prevents the finest details from being overexposed.

Sun observation only in connection with a suitable sun protection filter !!!

Especially when using a Herschel wedge and with large lens openings, the variable polarizing filter can reduce the brightness of the observed objects to a comfortable level.
The wide control range from 40% to 1% light transmission and the neutral gray filter effect create a pleasant and unadulterated image.
Operation is very simple. By twisting the two halves of the housing, the desired strength of the filter effect is set.
2" filter threads on both sides (inside/outside) available for the simultaneous use of other color filters.
