This very compact apochromat from Omegon is a telephoto lens with an integrated reducer/corrector that provides a fast focal ratio of f/4.5. Unlike the simple camera lenses on the market, the lens is also suitable for the modern, high-resolution astro cameras.

The internal blackening and the elaborate multi-coating ensure high-contrast and brilliant images without reflections even under difficult lighting conditions. The use of filters is also possible, thanks to the filter thread in front of the lens.

The high speed of f/4.5 allows short exposure times even under difficult lighting conditions.Stars right to the edge are imaged crisp and sharp. With 55 mm working distance from the T2 thread, you can connect all common cameras directly via a T2 bayonet adapter.

The mount allows easy adaptation to the finder shoe of your telescope or via the 1/4" photo thread.

The objective offers enough working distance for a 1.25" zenith mirror and standard 1.25" eyepieces. You can make large field observations or simply connect an autouider camera and use the apo as a guidescope.

Use as a spotting scope: The high-contrast optics enable wildlife and landscape observations. In just a few steps, you have turned the telephoto lens into a compact spotting scope. You can use all common photo tripods, the adapter is already included.
