Wireless control of virtually any Celestron GoTo mount

The new SkyQ Link Wi-Fi module enables wireless control of virtually any Celestron GoTo telescope using the optionally available iPhone/iPad/Android app "SkyQ." In this app (a complete planetarium program), you can simply tap an observing target on the star map or in a list, and the telescope can automatically move to it.

The telescope can also be operated via SkyQ without a hand controller; even alignment is possible via SkyQ! More information at: www.skyq.de

What the SkyQ Link WiFi module can do in conjunction with the app:

Full, wireless control of your Celestron telescope via the SkyQ app (not included)
Wireless control with the freely available SkyQ Link PC
Telescope alignment – ​​You can perform the entire alignment process via your iPhone, iPad, or Android device
Planetarium interface – Tap any object on the SkyQ app's star map, and your telescope will automatically move to it
Sky Tour – Creates a list of the most beautiful stars, galaxies, and nebulae currently visible
SkyPortal: You can also access the SkyQ adapter with the new Celestron software SkyPortal. SkyPortal is a fully-fledged planetarium program. Point your smartphone at the sky, and you'll see on the map which object you've focused on in the telescope. The software is based on SkySafari.
