SkyWatcher SynScan USB Adapter for equatorial and alt-azimuth SkyWatcher Mounts

The high quality Sky-Watcher USB dongle allows the control via PC or Android device of all Sky-Watcher SynScan GoTo mounts. It only has to be connected to the manual control box input of the mount with the included cables. For the EQ6 Pro mount the original manual control box cable is used, because it has a RS-232 input. The input port of the dongle is connected to the computer via a normal USB cable with A and B plug (not supplied).

The mounts can then be controlled via PC with the SynScan Pro App for Windows, additionally all updates can be done with the MCFirmware Loader.

For Android you also need a special cable from the device to the USB port of the dongle. Then the mount can be controlled with the SynScan Pro App for Android.

Mounts with built-in USB socket or V5-SynScan-Handbox (which has a USB socket) do not need this adapter.
