Who does not know the problem. The night is cool and clear, but unfortunately a bit humid. The humidity condenses on the optics and ends the observation or astrophotography prematurely. Heating sleeves are the right remedy against this.

Heating sleeves or heating bands are simply placed around the dew shield at the height of the optics and fixed with the flexible Velcro tape. Since the sleeves are insulated on the outside, the heating power is directed inwards, towards the optics. This is minimally heated, preventing the precipitation of humidity.

The heating sleeves have a socket 5.5/2.1 mm, which is suitable for power supplies, but also for suitable cables with cigarette lighter plug. Included in the price is a controller that regulates or increases the heat output as needed.
