Optolong L-Para - narrowband nebula filter for H-Alpha and O-III

The new L-Para nebula filter from Optolong offers the highest standard for astrophotography with color cameras and mono cameras. High-contrast nebula images can be taken even from near cities. Problems with reflections from bright stars are a thing of the past with this filter.

The L-Para is a narrow-band (10nm bandwidth) nebula filter with transmission in the O-III and H-Alpha range. The transmission is over 85%, even with very bright optics from an aperture ratio of f/2. The filter reliably blocks disruptive emission lines from mercury lamps, sodium vapor lamps and LED lamps, the main causes of light pollution. In addition, the filter has excellent contrast and anti-halo properties.

L-Para is suitable for all common telescopes and telephoto lenses, from the bright RASA and Hyperstar telescopes, to well-known telephoto lenses such as the Samyang 130mm f/2, strong APO refractors and all Newton telescopes to RC telescopes for the highest resolution.
