​For the adjustment of RC (Ritchey-Chrétien) telescopes we use an illuminated surface.

We use a light-emitting surface to adjust RC (Ritchey-Chrétien) telescopes.

This allows the primary mirror and focuser to be adjusted very precisely. Even the slightest misalignment is immediately noticeable.

We collimate the secondary mirror using an artificial star or autocollimation.

The more precisely an RC is adjusted, the better the image. The star is round right down to the corners, even with a larger chip.

We adjust each RC very precisely before shipping.
