The Explore Scientific three-lens ED glass autochromatic offers everything that makes the amateur astronomer's heart beat faster - at a modest price. The three-lined construction with Hoya FCD01-ED special glass and two air gaps allows a correction which is clearly visible above the level of the two-lined ED apostles which are otherwise available in this price class. A computational polystring of more than 0.9 indicates a very clear language compared to the 0.8x possible with two lenses. This superior imaging performance combined with a solid mechanics results in a package that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, an image panier is available as an optional accessory for photography - so the device can also be used without any restrictions. The length of the tube has been optimized so that accessories with a critical focus can also be used. For all Explore Scientific ED apochromats, a triplet lens with air gap and Hoya "FCD-1 special lens provides excellent imaging performance for visual use and photography.
