EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC PN208 Carbon Mark II Hexafoc OTA
Fotonewton f / 3.8 with 2.5 '' Hexafoc + carbon tube Opening: 208mm; Focal length: 800mm f / 3.8 Excellent 2.5 '' Hexafoc DeLuxe focuser Carbon fiber tube for light weight Scope of delivery: optics with tube + bag + viewfinder Carbon fiber tube for temperature compensation Large secondary mirror and focuser 2.5 '' Hexafoc focuser with 10: 1 reduction Handle with camera mounting option and prism rail with clamping surface made of stainless steel (44mm universal dovetail for GP / EQ5 / LXD75) Perfect for using the HR coma corrector The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC Carbon Photo Newton of the second generation allows with its larger primary mirror and therefore faster opening ratio compared to the usual 8 '' f / 4 deeper shots with the same exposure time. The large 85 mm secondary mirror ensures optimal image field illumination. A high-quality focuser with reduction, pipe clamps with 44mm universal dovetail rail and carrying handle with mounting option for a camera as well as an excellent viewfinder with illuminated precision engraving complete the picture of these high-quality devices. The PN210 PhotoNewton Carbon also impresses with a 1.4 kg lower weight compared to the aluminum version and a practically non-existent focus drift during long exposures during a night with strong cooling - the system's properties make the carbon tube a temperature-compensated astrograph.
