The alignment laser arrived today - thank you very much for the fast shipping.

With deliveries from other suppliers, I would probably be annoyed that the original packaging was already open; not so with you, as I'm happy to have a perfectly aligned product in my hands, inspected by you.
I immediately tried the laser on my Skywatcher Heritage 150P.
With the Laser Colli, alignment was a breeze; the procedure is excellently explained in the enclosed instructions.
Although I had previously laboriously adjusted the laser using the "hole in the film canister lid" method, I was able to identify and correct a significant deviation from the optimum.
The laser appears to be of high quality, is made entirely of metal, and lives up to my expectations of the Baader brand.
Only inserting the button cells is a bit fiddly.
The crowning glory came this evening: as if on cue, the sky was clear, and I was able to observe M42 and Jupiter with unprecedented clarity (at least with this telescope).
