Pipe clamps with handle and universal dovetail The tube of the large field arometers is held by two pipe clamps, which are equipped with a carrying handle and a universal dovetail rail. The adjustable mounting rail of the large field roachers fits many popular parallactic and azimuthal mountings from Explore Scientific, Vixen, Meade and many other manufacturers. Instead of making the cast aluminum rail, we decided to make the part of extruded aluminum to create additional stability.
