Extension of a TS-RED079 corrector with UFC filter drawer

For a customer, the task was to attach a UFC filter drawer to the lens side of a corrector with M68 thread and to maintain the M68 thread.

For this the following parts are needed:

- TS-RED079 corrector with M68i thread

- 2459127 Baader UFC S70 / M68x1 (m) telescope adapter (height: 1 mm)

- 2459110 Baader UFC base, telescopic S70 dovetail (height: 13 mm)

- 2459118 Baader UFC M68x1 (w) camera adapter (height: 5.5 mm)

- 2459112 Baader UFC 2" (M48) filter slider

(Attention: we have all Baader UFC modules in our delivery program, even if they are not all listed in the online store yet. Therefore please contact us in case of need).
 

First, attach the M68a to dovetail S70 adapter (2459127) to the filter chamber (2459110). The grub screws are used for this purpose.

The M68i plate is then attached to the filter chamber using countersunk screws.

This completes the connection.

The filter drawer was chosen for 2" filters. There is a little vigenetting, but existing filters should be usable.
