Help if the display on a GoTo controller has partially failed...

If the display on a GoTo controller has partially failed, this is often due to the quality of the connection between the display and the circuit board.

To do this, open the connector and pull out the ribbon cable. The cable contacts are then carefully cleaned with a cloth and pushed back into the connector. The locking mechanism is then closed to prevent the cable from disconnecting itself from the connector.
