If you have any questions, problems, need assistance, advice, or need introductions/instructions for your telescope, mount, or accessories, please feel free to come to our store with your existing equipment, and we will be happy to help you even in the evenings or at night. Whether you have astronomical or technical questions, we also have many telescopes and mounts in our showroom, so you don't necessarily have to bring your own equipment. Regardless of whether you purchased the items from us, we're happy to help.

Simply make an appointment in advance or drop by (it's best to call an hour in advance). We can usually be reached on our hotline until 10:00 PM on weekdays.

We can also provide immediate assistance and support via our live video system or WhatsApp. Most of the time, it's just small things you don't think about.
