Karl isn't Santa Claus who delivers presents. But that's just what I thought 😄

A boy just came in who had bought a telescope on Amazon and couldn't see anything. He was quite frustrated. The telescope was completely out of alignment. He went to Karl to ask if he could help him. Karl then gave him a Mercury 707 so he could have some fun. The other telescope had a spherical mirror.

P.S.: Karl is passionate about his work; he's always there for his customers, whether it's for advice, help, or sales. Who else is in the shop on Christmas Day, playing with their telescopes... Karl! 😅
