Lint-free Schmidt plate
Product Description
Dust and lint on the inside of the Schmidt plate can be quite annoying. Even with compressed air, you can't reach the relevant areas.
Goal: -> Lint-free Schmidt plate.
Solution: -> Replace the clamping screw.
Tools: -> Brush, cable ties, gooseneck, airbrush air hose

Procedure:
1. We take a gooseneck and attach a small, fine brush to the end (with a cable tie).
2. Now we secure the airbrush air hose with a cable tie.
3. Cut off the cable tie corners.
4. Bend the structure into a U-shape.
5. And then push it through the opening in the blanking plate from the front.
6. Connect the hose to a compressor, start the blower, and carefully brush away the dust with a brush.
