Markus Wirth Astrophotography Skywatcher AZ EQ6 PRO incl. Special Service

Yesterday, Karsten (right) from the telescope specialists delivered a new AZ EQ6 mount to me, giving us the opportunity to meet in person.

Due to the short notice and the spontaneous nature of the delivery, Karl didn't have a chance to check the mount beforehand. Karsten insisted on helping me set it up, so he could at least confirm that everything was complete and in perfect working order.

He also showed me how to switch from equatorial (EQ) to altazimuth (AZ) mode – thanks for that! 👍 The AZ mode is a fantastic feature if you want to observe visually with one or more telescopes.

That's exactly what I plan to use it for.
