Our 3D printer farm is now complete (at least for now)

Yesterday we picked up our seventh (7th) 3D printer. We can now print with most materials and thus produce every item for astronomy with the optimal material properties. From PLA and rubber to nylon and carbon. Each printer is optimized for the respective material. We can print everything ourselves here in our premises and do not need third-party suppliers. This means we can implement ideas (which also come from you) faster and more precisely and respond to most requests without detours. The printers are located here at headquarters and in Landsberg. Most of the development takes place in Landsberg, while further development and production takes place in Stockdorf. Almost all of our 3D printers print around the clock. This made it necessary to purchase another professional industrial 3D printer. We can currently print up to 500mm in diameter in one piece. Each printer has been optimized by us and modified according to our experience and needs to achieve the best printing results, and we continue to optimize them.

We print tri- and standard Bahtinov masks, dew caps with and without heating, carrying straps for telescopes, adapters for motorized focusers (e.g., EAF on the eyepiece extension), aperture rings screwed or with magnets for Newtonian primary mirrors, astrophotography conversion kits, tube clamps for telescope tubes or camera lenses, dust covers, adapters for Telrad finders on finder shoes, filter holders, tools for us to adjust cameras and telescopes, adapters and conversion kits for solar telescopes and DERF holders, primary mirror fans for faster cooling of Newtonian mirrors, retaining rings and cable guides for cameras, accessories, and power cables, molds for light seals, and anything else that can be printed.
