Prototype 3D printing mounting plate Losmandy and pipe clamps

The time has come: our prototypes are finished:

1 pair of Evostar 150 tube clamps made of PA6-CF (nylon carbon fiber)
1 pair of Evostar 150 tube clamps made of high-strength PLA
1 300x100 Losmandy mounting plate made of PA6-CF (printing time approx. 40 hours)

The prototypes have passed all mechanical tests and can now be transferred to series production.

The tube clamps have threaded inserts to ensure long-term, flawless function and are lined with felt.

And now the exciting part:

The printed parts weigh a total of 464 g, while the Skywatcher aluminum mounting plate weighs 524 g.
