The Skywatcher Startravel-80 EQ1 - a compact and powerful universal refractor. It provides a contrasting and sharp image in sky and earth observation. The gigantic field of vision and the high light intensity open up new perspectives. Whether they are watching animals at dusk or star clusters and fog deep in our Milky Way, the powerful optics will inspire you.

Due to the T2 photo connection, you have the possibility to use a very good telephoto lens with 400mm focal length with the help of an adapter suitable for your camera. Whether it's a natural photographer, a sports photographer or astronomical objects, this refractor can be used in all these areas! Without a tripod, the "then telephoto lens" already fits into many photo albums!

The Startravel-80 is incredibly compact. The complete telescope with mounting and tripod can even fit in the hand luggage. The telescope must be disassembled within a few minutes in compact parts. The total weight is under 9kg! This makes the Startravel-80 an excellent travel telescope.

The mount is a full-fledged astronomical mount with all possibilities - and very compact as it is for a rice mounting. Flexible shafts for precise fine adjustment are of course included. In addition, the mount can be equipped with a tracking motor. Astrophotography is also within reach for you.
