The compact apochromat with 72 mm opening is an ultimate travelapo and is still worn with a weight of approx. 2 kg still by photostats or compact mountings. The Dublet Apo lens offers excellent color correction and a very high sharpness and contrast for observation as well as for photography.

Apochromatic lens with FPL53-Dublet - glass by Ohara (Japan)
In spite of the high light intensity, the lens is virtually colorless. Even at 200x magnification, no color error will affect the enjoyment of the observation. The duplex lens with air gap is provided with a multi-compensator on each glass-air surface for a bright and contrast-rich image.

The 2 "-CNC extension is optimized for photography and can withstand loads of up to 4 kg. The 2" plug-in sleeve can be unscrewed. The TS Photo Corrector can be screwed directly to the M54 connector (M54x0.75 external thread). The complete camera adapter is then screwed.

The adjustment and the storage of the drawer are decoupled from each other. The adjustment is made by means of a toothed rack. This prevents slipping of the pull-out tube even with heavy loading. The position of the extension tube is fixed on the underside by means of a fixing screw. This allows long exposure times without sharpness adjustment.

The corrector reduces the focal length of the apos to 316 mm and increases the light intensity to f / 4,38. At the same time, the field sharpness is significantly increased. Impressive astrophotography and nature photography are possible.
