VIXEN A62SS Focuser Repair:

This telescope fell to the ground and landed with the focuser first. A ball bearing broke, causing the OAZ tube to slip.

We disassembled the focuser and replaced the four ball bearings. The appropriate ball bearings are available from specialist retailers.

It is important to completely remove the parts of the broken ball bearing from the tube.

Luckily, nothing was bent. We only had to make a slight adjustment.
