What an 18 cm Maksutov can do

A cloudless sky was forecast for yesterday (September 25, 2026). Unfortunately, it was hazy, and there was significant air turbulence.
Nevertheless, my target was Saturn, which I wanted to image using my 18cm Maksutov. Once again, the instrument impressed me. I successfully captured the image using SharpCap software for recording and an old freeware version of Photoshop CS2 for processing.
Processing was minimal because the raw image was already excellent. This is what makes astrophotography fun!
