The center balanced parallactic mount, whisper quiet and lightweight! The GOTO feature requires 60% less power than other mounts in this category.

With precise optical encoders and improved tracking control, you can achieve a periodic error of less than 0.3 arcseconds!

The Z-shaped design shifts the weight of the payload into the center of gravity of the mount, allowing greater inherent stability. In terms of payload, this mount design is unusually light - a nice advantage when used in a remote location. Other features include the adjustable counterweight bar, which does not hit the tripod so easily. For this, the pole alignment is achieved quickly and always possible because the pole finder is not blocked by the declination axis.

The CEM25 mount is equipped with the advanced GOTONOVA® GOTO computer control, making it one of the most powerful and accurate GOTO mounts. The database contains over 150,000 objects that can be approached accurately after alignment. With its four-line LCD display, the hand control is very intuitive to use, which simplifies calibration for telescope alignment and finding objects.

CEM25 with encoders: The EC version of the CEM25 mount has optical encoders for precise tracking accuracy (PE <0.3 arcseconds RMS) and the advanced control software of the semi-professional CM60 mount from iOptron.

A sturdy stainless steel tripod and a hard case are already included in the delivery, there are no compromises regarding stability or protection necessary.
