This geared stepper motor has steps of 0.0625°, a torque of 60 Ncm and low backlash, so you can use it to focus your telescope quickly and accurately - even with heavy camera systems.

Focus your Celestron SC telescope precisely and quickly with the powerful motor focus kit v2 from PegasusAstro. This high-resolution gear unit has a step size of 0.06 degrees and can easily lift more than 6kg (with a lever of 1cm). The high torque is suitable for lifting heavy imaging equipment. In addition, the motor gear has a small backlash, which can be easily adjusted through backlash compensation in the imaging software.

The pulley and belt design allows the motor to keep some distance from (and not collide with) your filter wheel when using a Focal Reducer. The sophisticated bracket design fits most Celestron SCTs.

Note: You also need a stepper motor controller to drive the motor. Consider the Dual Motor Focus Controller linked in the Recommended Accessories section.

Bracket and pulley
A specially shaped black anodized aluminum bracket that is difficult to bend can be attached to most Celestron SC telescopes. There are three kits with two different pulleys. The manufacturer has successfully fitted these kits to:
