Please inquire about the estimated delivery time if you need a telescope or accessories by a specific date! Because we thoroughly inspect, adjust, and optimize every telescope, mount, and accessory, it can take between two and seven days (and longer for some telescopes) before we ship the goods.
Under certain conditions, we also offer free shipping (e.g., backorders, exceeding a certain total order value). We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote.
The delivery period begins, in the case of prepayment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized in the delivery location, the next business day will apply.

For many items, we have set the delivery time to "Please contact us for advice." This means that we will either order these items for you upon request, have them in stock, or receive them promptly (depending on the suppliers' delivery situation), but a consultation would be necessary so we can share our experience with the respective telescope, mount, or accessories. This consultation helps prevent incorrect purchases. We also offer telescopes in our shop that are technically inferior, so we can advise against purchasing them.
