Baader GP dovetail rail Vixen 345mm for 8" SC/HD C8

The prism rail is made of aluminum in a profile design. This means it offers high rigidity with comparatively little weight. The rail is anodized orange.

The three holes in the central groove are as follows: on the right, through hole for 1.25" and M6, next to it 1.25" thread, on the far left also 1.25" thread.

The rail fits the following mounts, among others:

♦ Skywatcher: EQ3, EQ5, AZ-EQ5

Base for parallel mounting
The prism rail can also be mounted opposite the base rail. This means that you can mount accessories to the telescope on this rail using suitable prism clamps, such as:

♦ Adjustable tube clamps for a Guide scope
♦ Camera mount for heavy accessories
♦ Carrying handle
