TS-Optics Premium XL Dovetail Clamp for Losmandy-Style Dovetail Rails
With the TS-Optics quick-release dovetail clamp, you can securely attach your telescope to mounts. The flat clamping surface and two clamping screws provide a high clamping force. Unsightly pressure marks on the dovetail rail are prevented.

The dovetail clamp is ideal for building double mounts. The threads are made of hardened aluminum, ensuring no wear will be noticeable even after many years. The two elongated holes on the inside are suitable for M6 and 1/4" screws.

Whether you want to adapt your telescope to a mount using a Losmandy-style dovetail rail or attach heavy accessories, such as a guide scope, piggyback onto your telescope, the TS Premium dovetail clamp always provides a stable connection.

The clamp's 160 mm length reliably reduces vibrations and securely holds even very long dovetail rails exceeding 50 cm in length.

Despite the tight clamping, unsightly notches are avoided. Two generously sized surfaces press the dovetail rail against the other end of the clamp. The pressure is not concentrated on a single point, but rather on a larger area 62 mm wide. This has a positive effect on the load-bearing capacity. Furthermore, unsightly pressure marks are reliably prevented.

Extremely flexible thanks to 14 countersunk holes

The prism clamp is extremely versatile thanks to its 14 countersunk holes. You can attach the clamp to your mount, thus equipping it with a Losmandy-style quick-release coupling. Alternatively, you can attach tube rings or a camera bracket to the base of the clamp, allowing you to use even heavy accessories alongside your telescope.
