Lunt Solar Systems offers blocking filters in various sizes, and either in 90° star diagonal housings or straight extension sleeves. You can choose which blocking filter you want to use on your LUNT H-Alpha Etalon system.

The B1200d1 is installed in a 90° diagonal mirror, telescope side for 1.25 inch (31.7mm) focusers, eyepiece side with T2 thread connection and 1.25 inch eyepiece mount. The B1200d1 can be used on LUNT H-Alpha systems where the telescope used has a 1.25 inch focuser and a focal length of up to 1080mm.

The blocking filter cannot be used without an additional H-Alpha filter system from Lunt Solar Systems! Blocking filters are absolutely necessary to ensure the safety and functionality of an H-Alpha telescope for solar observation. Lunt Solar Systems blocking filters form a unique filter system. We can only guarantee your safety and the functionality of your telescope if the blocking filter is used together with an original H-Alpha filter or H-Alpha telescope from Lunt Solar Systems.
