The 1.25" Ultra Flat Field eyepiece impresses with its high quality and very compact design. The optics are designed to eliminate field curvature at the edges. The result is a flat, distortion-free image right up to the edge of the visible field of view, even in very fast telescopes. Optically, the eyepiece impresses with excellent sharpness, high contrast, and very good color reproduction. The eyepiece features oversized eye-side lenses for the largest possible field of view and 20mm eye relief – also suitable for eyeglass wearers. The foldable eyecup allows for comfortable viewing. All lenses (8 lenses in 5 groups) are multi-coated (FMC) and have blackened lens edges. The barrel is equipped with a thread for 1.25" filters.
