The Lacerta Fluid Head is a pleasant surprise for anyone who has never worked with such a system. The fine adjustment works completely without jerking, the swivel movements can be started smoothly and also easily braked, in the video work, no jerking will be noticeable. The approached position is also held exactly, there is no "return" available after the arm is released, as is often the case with inexpensive photo heads.

The lateral screws make it possible to adjust the resistance sensitive and infinitely, both for light cameras, as well as for instruments up to 5kg dead weight, this head carries but also payloads up to 12 kg dead weight. The guide arm is slightly bent and can be mounted on both sides of the head - a joy for left-handers!

The quick release plate is compatible with all Manfrotto Quick-Release systems and has both 1/4 "and 3/8" connection, the unneeded screw can also be removed. A safety groove prevents the rail from slipping unintentionally.
