iOptron CEM120 GoTo mount for telescopes up to 52 kg weight with encoder
iOptron continues the proven center-balanced mounting concept with the CEM120 GoTo mount. With a weight of only 26 kg (axbox), the mount can be loaded with telescopes and accessories weighing up to 52 kg (without counterweights). The mount is more compact than conventional parallactic mounts. This allows better leverage and better carrying power.

The mount has been specially designed for astrophotography with large telescopes up to 20 "opening, providing a very accurate and even tracking, and the mount is already prepared for remote operation.

In contrast to the CEM120, the CEM120-EC2 has high-precision encoders in both axes, which push the periodic error to less than 0.5 arc seconds via a real-time PC. This makes the CEM120-EC2 the ideal mount for remote operation
