With the HAE29 , iOptron offers a compact, transportable dual mount with azimuthal or equatorial function and a payload of up to 13.5 kg without a counterweight or up to 18 kg with a counterweight (counterweight and tripod are optionally available and not part of the scope of delivery) .

The well-known Go2Nova® technology from iOptron also offers a database with 212,000 objects on this mount, as well as ASCOM compatibility and, thanks to the integrated WLAN, control via tablet or smartphone via SkySafari, Raspberry Pi or INDI . The dual Vixen/Losmandy saddle and the stable construction allow the use of various telescopes up to medium size.

iOptron's iPolar is available for automatic and easy polar alignment.

The built-in control mechanism "Electronic Friction Brake" stops the movement of the mount immediately if the power supply is accidentally interrupted. After switching on the mount, it calibrates itself and also recognizes its position. A power pack is also included, as well as a robust (but light!) transport bag. Tripod and column extension are optionally available, as the HAE29 fits any stable photo tripod with the appropriate carrying capacity. However, we recommend using the iOptron tripod "CF Tripod 40mm" (item 77370).
