2" and 1.25" alignment laser no jamming, tilting or decentering due to self-centering mechanism

The laser can be used in all 1.25" and 2" focusers. Thanks to a self-centering mechanism, the adjustment laser is not clamped with screws but spreads out from its own housing and is thus centered in the focuser. This also compensates for deviations caused by different manufacturers of the 2" and 1.25" sleeves.
Rubber rings are installed, which clamp against the inner wall of the OAZ sleeve.


The laser solves several problems:

Tolerances between different OAZ tubes
Parallelism in the extension due to a wide contact surface
Tilting is no longer an issue, as it is not clamped with screws.

The laser has a reticle with 45° markings that make it easy to identify which adjustment screw to turn.

Fine Crosshair

In addition to a fine laser dot, this laser also offers a crosshair. When adjusting the secondary mirror, the crosshairs make it easier to identify the exact center.
With the help of the crosshairs, the laser beam can be aligned very precisely to the center marking.

Long lasting battery
The CR123, 3V battery lets the laser shine for about 60 hours at a time.
