Omegon accessories for the Seestar Smart telescope

Do you like to set up your smart Seestar under the starry sky, but want to get a little more out of the pictures? Omegon has a few little helpers for this. All are robust and durable, as they are made of metal.

The parts fit together as follows:

The Omegon dew cap and cover for Seestar S50 fits directly onto the Seestar and ends in an M62 x 0.75 thread. You can screw into it:

the Omegon adapter M62 - M48 (2'' filter Seestar S50) or

the Omegon spike mask for ZWO Seestar S50 (both parts require the M62 thread, because the Seestar itself does not have such a thread).

The Omegon tripod base height-adjustable tripod pads (e.g. for Seestar S50) can be placed under any tripod, including the Seestar.

Tripod pads for leveling

Azimuthal GoTo mounts, such as those on the Seestar Smart telescope, position more accurately if they are set up horizontally before beginning observations. Are you tired of doing this by extending and retracting the tripod legs? Then use these pads instead for precise leveling. With an 11 millimeter adjustment range, they offer enough leeway.

Simply place a pad under each tripod foot and screw it in/out until the spirit level is correct. The pads can be used with any photo tripod, i.e. also for purposes other than astronomical:

For leveling the horizon for landscape photos,
as a base for pointed tripod feet on sensitive floors
or even as a height adjustment for furniture...
