Special paint to eliminate reflections in optical devices: The paint eliminates up to 99.3% of grazing light at an angle of 60°. Even up to 99.9% in 20° side light!

Two variants: The solvent-based paint is available in smooth and rough versions, so that the right paint is available for every type of application.

The paints have been specially developed to adhere to almost all surfaces used in the field of optics, especially metal and glass. It dries quickly and has strong adhesion.
The paints are temperature resistant in a range from -30°C to +90°C.
A can with 100ml is sufficient - depending on the thickness of the paint application - for approx. 0.5-2 square meters.




The noctutec anti-reflective coatings can be applied with a soft brush or paint roller. The paint must be thoroughly mixed before use. The surface must be clean, free from dust and greasy residues.

However, both paints can also be applied with the paint gun. An injection pressure of 4 to 6 bar applies with a nozzle size of 1.5. Before painting, the spray viscosity must be adjusted with VK-80 thinner. Application with the spray gun ensures an even surface and is clearly superior to application with a brush or paint roller.

When buying tools, pay attention to their resistance to solvents! Clean tools immediately after use with VK-80 special thinner.

Smaller areas can be painted undiluted. Thinning with VK-80 special thinner is advisable for larger areas in order to have enough time for processing. Be sure to do paint tests before you start applying paint to the object!
