The Baader ClickLock (1¼" / 2") is a custom-fit, very solid eyepiece clamp without clamping screws (!). Inserted eyepieces / CCD cameras and the like are twist-proof and are still not scratched! With a small rotation of 20°, each eyepiece is clamped firmly.

You'll never want to clamp (and focus) your eyepieces and webcams any other way!

Our ClickLock clamps consist of seven precision-milled components, which result in a highly effective holding mechanism that securely holds every 1¼" / 2" eyepiece. The clamp is very complex to assemble in production, so the price initially seems high for a clamping device. However, when you factor in the precision, ease of use, and stability, it's more than worth the money.

You don't have to tighten our ClickLock clamps "until the blood runs out", because the mechanical principle comes from professional mechanical engineering. This is how the tool holder works in modern CNC milling centers. The tightening torque is multiplied by skilful use of leverage. The inserted object is held on three sides like with a quick-release chuck and can therefore no longer perform any tilting movements.

The effectiveness and stability of the ClickLock mechanism has been tested for years using the 1¼" ClickLock clamp.
The 2" ClickLock system is mechanically much more massive.

With the 2" Clicklock clamp you can, among other things, convert your 2" Maxbright mirror (or the 2" universal prism) to the Clicklock system. Simply unscrew the old 2" clamp and screw on the new 2" Clicklock clamp.
