The four-in-one eyepiece clamp offers four telescope-side connection threads (M56 female thread for Synta, M60 male thread for Vixen, M68 male thread for the ZEISS system, and 2.7" thread for Astro Physics). An M68 adapter thread is provided on the focus side for the heaviest projection accessories, e.g., for use with the FFC or telecentric systems, or for the completely torsion-resistant connection of a SolarSpektrum H-alpha filter using M68 extension tubes.

The 2" diameter includes a spring bronze clamping ring with two large clamping screws – nothing wobbles anymore. In combination with the M68a reversing ring (see below), this creates a 2" eyepiece projection system for 35mm, medium format, and afocal projection. This allows even the heaviest professional digital or medium format cameras to be operated afocally – even in conjunction with 2" eyepieces. The Zeiss M68 thread is attached to the eyepiece side.

With this Giant OPFA system, the entire world of classic and CCD photography is open. Now you can attach any eyepiece or projection lens to almost any telescope, with any desired projection distance. Everything screws tightly together and, when screwed together, forms a rigid, absolutely torsion-resistant unit – even at extremely long projection distances!
