You have perfectly adjusted your telescope and are happy to see beautiful stars on the optical axis. But your camera shows distorted stars in one corner. The larger the camera sensor, the stronger the effect. Almost every astrophotographer knows this "bad corner". The probable causes are:
The field of view of the telescope is slightly tilted. This can be done by simply extending the eyepiece or by tilting the optics slightly.
The camera sensor is not exactly at a right angle to the optical axis. The manufacturers glue the sensors into the housing. The accuracy is sufficient for normal applications. But high-resolution optics show this error.
The tilting adapter from TS-Optics is a possible solution:
You can use three adjustment screws to finely tilt the eyepiece and thus adjust the camera sensor precisely to the optical field of the telescope. You fix the position with the lock screws. The elongated stars in the corner become round again. This complex process only needs to be done once. However, we recommend that you do not change the orientation of the adapter to the camera sensor again.
Another possible application for building and improving lens telescopes yourself:
Many simple refractor telescopes have good optics, but they do not offer any adjustment options. If you attach the GSRCJ90 between the lens and the tube, you can tilt the lens and thus optimally adjust it to the tube. All you need is the adaptation of your lens to M90x1 and the further adaptation to the tube.

To adjust the adapter, a 3 mm and a 2 mm Allen key ("Allen") are required. These are not included in the scope of delivery.
