Omegon transport case - safe transport for your telescope optics

This practical carrying case is perfect for safely storing your valuable telescope optics or mount. It is also invaluable for transport to your observing site. The most beautiful views of the stars are not usually found right outside the front door, but mostly much further away. It is then useful to have everything you need on hand.

Tough polyester material

The extremely strong polyester is both strong and water-resistant. Putting down the bag on dew covered grass is hence not a problem - your equipment will remain snug and dry inside the case.

Perfect protection on the inside

Well padded - the inside of the bag is lined with foam padding. Your instrument is thus completely surrounded by a layer of padded material. So everything inside is well protected against occasional knocks.

Space for extra accessories
Not only the OTA, but also other accessories can be easily accommodated. For example, a separately lockable compartment provides generous space for your eyepieces, star diagonal or dew heater.

For SC telescope optics and similar with a 8 inch (200mm) OTA diameter
This case is ideal for all 8 inch Schmidt-Cassegrain or Maksutov OTAs. With a diameter of 320mm and a length of 620mm, it will take a range of OTAs including the following:

• Celestron NexStar 8
• Meade ACF-SC 203/2000 OTA
• RC 203mm OTA
• and many more.

The two carrying handles on the bag mean your telescope is always ready for use under the night sky. It is a tremendous advantage when everything has already been prepared. Everything should be ready to go when the night sky suddenly clears.
