ED Barlow 2x - 2" insertion diameter

This "Luxury Barlow" allows you to enjoy the benefits of focal length extension even with 2" accessories.Of course, a reduction for 1.25" accessories is included.

So the 2" ED Barlow is a great alternative for all star friends who have 2" and 1.25" accessories.

The ED element:
Due to the ED element, the color error is lower and therefore the picture is more contrasty and sharper.

Applications:
The 2" ED Barlow from TS Optics allows for good visual and photographic use, and the 37mm free opening of the Barlow element ensures full illumination even with 2" eyepieces with a large field stop.

You can also unscrew the Barlow element and screw it into the 2 "filter thread of 2" eyepieces or adapters. This multiplies the possibilities.

Extension factor 2x - visually
just plug a 2" eyepiece or a 1.25" eyepiece (with the reducer) into the Barlow and you'll have a doubling in magnification.

Extension factor 1.5x - visually
Screw the Barlow element into the filter thread of your 2" eyepiece or into the filter thread of the reduction of your 2" focuser and the extension factor will be reduced from 2x to 1.5x. This increases the flexibility.

Photo converter about 2 times - photographically
Screw the Barlow element into the 2 "filter thread of the camera adapter and you'll have a powerful photo converter that also gives you a good picture quality in the field.

Glass path compensation for Bino approaches or even 2" prisms and mirrors
You have a telescope with a narrow focal plane and want, for example. Use a binocular approach. Just screw the Barlow element into the 2" filter thread and practically the entire path will be balanced, you will always come into focus.
