The new Sky-Watcher Nomad-5 5x Telecentric Barlow is an optical accessory of the highest quality with a wide range of applications for visual observation and photography.

Visual Observation: Use the Nomad-5 with an eyepiece as a Barlow for visual observation and you will get 5x more magnification with each eyepiece. This allows you to make detailed observations of the moon and planets. The Nomad-5 is made of high-quality glass elements with a multicoating coating, which enables minimal light loss and high resolution. To accommodate the eyepiece, the Nomad-5 is equipped with a self-centering brass clamping ring, which prevents damage to the eyepiece.

Photographic use: The 4-lens premium design allows photos without color shifts and distortions. It is ideal for taking spectacular, high-resolution photos of planetary surfaces or detailed images of the moon without compromising the quality of the telescope. In other words, you achieve the performance of an ED-Apo telescope. A CCD camera can be connected directly to the included CCD adapter. A DSLR camera can be connected to the included DSLR adapter. (You only need the respective T-adapter ring)
