♦ Excellent field flattening even for full-frame size and medium-format sensors
♦ Focl length is not changed
♦ Direct M48 connection for DSLR cameras with exactly 55 mm distance via the optional adapter M69A-M48a
♦ Long working distance of 89.5 mm for filter wheels or off-axis guiders with individual adaption from the female M69x1 thread at the camera side. A deviation up to +/- 2 mm has no influence on the image.
♦ Telescope side connection via male M68x1 Zeiss style thread
♦ The corrector works with all f8 RC telescopes, for example Officina Stellare, CFF, GSO, TS or AstroTec
♦ Full frame size sensors are fully illuminated and corrected
♦ We recommend the corrector for all RC telescopes with 10" aperture or more, from this aperture a sufficiently large field is provided.
The corrector provides a generous working distance of 89.5 mm from the female M69x1 thread at the camera side. We offer all necessary adaptors for attaching your camera with the optimal distance.
Connecting DSLR cameras - working distance 55 mm
For connecting DSLR and astro cameras via the M48x0.75 thread, we offer the adapter # M69A-M48A. You have exactly 55 mm from the M48 thread to the sensor position. That would be exactly a T-ring and a DSLR camera.
Connecting the Zeiss style M68x1 adapters system
Many astrophotographers like to work with this professional adapter system. TS-Optics, for example, offers an off-axis guider with M68 connectors at both sides. The adapter # M69a-M68a provides an M68x1 connection to the TSRCFLAT3. The working distance from the M68 thread to the sensor is 84.2 mm, so you have enough space for your adaption.
Connection of the M48x0.75 adapter system
Alongside the T2 system, the M48 adapter system is also very popular. Almost any off-axis guider and many filter wheels have the M48 connection at the telescope side or, at least, can be adapted to this thread. With the adapter # M69-M48, you get a very short transition to M48 with only 1 mm length.
Extension tubes for the female M69x1 thread
Fro maintaining the optimal illumination, one should adapt to smaller threads as late as possible. For this purpose, we also offer a 30 mm and a 10 mm extension. These are screwed directly into the camera side thread and reduce the remaining working distance correspondingly.
