The Tele Vue Plössl eyepieces offer excellent imaging properties and are among the best in their class.

The Tele Vue Plössl are Allround eyepieces for all kinds of observations. Whether planets, the moon or deep sky objects - they always show very high contrast and outstanding sharpness.
The optical properties of these admittedly rather higher-priced Plössl eyepieces are usually not comparable with those of other manufacturers. Tele Vue has once again set new standards here.
Thanks to the use of four coated lens elements in two groups, the Plössl eyepieces allow high light transmission. The lens edges are additionally blackened to reduce internal reflections. Thanks to the improved Tele Vue design, these Plössl eyepieces offer particularly good edge sharpness, even with very fast telescopes with a fast aperture ratio.
From the 32 mm Plössl down to the shortest focal lengths, the eyepieces are parfocal. The Tele Vue Plössl eyepieces are also ideal for eyepiece projection.

We recommend the Plössl for focal lengths over 8 mm as a simple but technically sophisticated eyepiece. Please note: Not all Plössl eyepieces are the same! Tele Vue eyepieces stand out from the competition in terms of quality and are well worth the money!
