The basis of this crosshair is a Plössl with a focal length of 12.5mm. The good field sharpness and reasonable insight make this eyepiece a good and inexpensive solution.

The double thread:

The double thread allows you to position the guiding star neatly in the middle. You can hold the guide star precisely or, with GoTo devices, achieve precise positioning of the calibration stars.
