The prism is ideal for daytime observation or Earth observation. Your astronomical telescope will be ready for applications such as bird observation. The view is ideal with a viewing angle of 45°, as with most spotting scopes.
 
The Amici prism is suitable for the following telescopes:

The prism is suitable for refractors, Schmidt-Cassegrains, Maksutov-Cassegrains and similar telescopes. It is not suitable for Newton reflectors due to the optical length.
