Smartphone: Your way to the stars
With your Android smartphone, you hold all the threads in your hand. With the Astronomy app Sky Safari® 4 Plus for Android, your phone becomes the control center for the telescope. On your colored display, you will see the current starry sky, look for your objects and move the telescope to the target in turn. As you press the telescope in the right direction, you will see a crosshair travel over the star map.



With the right app, it's easy
SkySafari® 4 Plus is available on Google Playstore. Push + does not work for Apple iPhones or iPads (iOS operating system) - its own version is expected to be released in 2017.



Is there a way without a smartphone? Yes, there is! The software Stellarium® or Cartes du Ciel®. Install one of these free programs easily on your laptop - and it goes wireless to the stars. Whether you're using a smartphone or a PC, you can connect to the telescope using a Bluetooth 2.0 connection.



GP Recording
The Rockerbox has a mount for GP-rails in the Vixen style. This means that you can connect most telescopes with a track to the Rockerbox and benefit from the Push + System. This works best with newton mirror telescopes up to 8 inches in diameter.
