TS Photoline 72 / 432mm Apo - a perfect travel telescope for observers and photographers
Under the leadership of Teleskop Service, this high-quality Photoline Apo was created with the FPL53 element from Ohara (Japan). The goal was to build a compact and powerful telescope, which is also attractive for the dedicated astrophotographer. For this reason, we have equipped the telescope with a modern 2.5 "R & P focuser, which can also carry heavy accessories such as CCD cameras .. Despite very good mechanics, the Apo is a real lightweight with only 1.85 kg and a Length of only 31 centimeters, the telescope, for example, in the luggage space.

The Apo has a large back focus of 135mm from the 2 "socket of the focuser, allowing for easy use of our optional image field correctors, and a corrector is always needed to get sharp edges right up to the edge.

TSFLAT72 - Corrector without focal length change - The corrector leaves the focal length at 432 mm and the aperture ratio at 1: 6. The corrector provides full correction and good illumination to full format sensors. The optimum working distance from the M48 connection thread to the camera sensor is 55 mm (T-ring + DSLR camera).

TSRED279 - Photoline corrector with focal length shortening - The corrector shortens the focal length of the Apos from 420 mm to 331 mm and improves the aperture ratio to 1: 4.74. We recommend the corrector for DSLR cameras up to APS-C sensors and also for CCD cameras with medium sized sensors like the KAF-8300. The optimum working distance from the T2 thread of the reducer to the sensor is 65 mm.

Watching by the Photoline Apo 72mm f / 6:
The Apo's generous working distance even allows for use with 2 "eyepieces at full illumination, leaving you with a giant magnification area and field of view.

For example, using a Paragon 35mm 2 "ED eyepiece and a 2" zenith mirror you can achieve a field of view of 5.7 degrees at a magnification of 12x. Landscape and animal observation even at dusk with maximum image brightness or the observation of extensive fog areas with fog filter are so possible.

The color-pure 72-mm-Objektiv allows enlargements to approximately 200fach. Recognize fine details on the lunar surface or observe the planets of our solar system. The contrast line of Apos will surprise you even in this area.

Top mechanics through the 2.5 "tooth drive extract
The focuser holds accessories up to about 5 kg without tilting. The adjustment of the extension tube via a rack. It is decoupled from storage itself. This allows a sensitive adjustment even at maximum load. The 1: 11 micro reduction also offers astrophotography an exact adjustment.

An M63 internal thread on the extension tube also allows bolted connections.

The heart of the refractor is undoubtedly the multi-coated 72mm f / 6 lens with the FPL53 Apo element from Ohara (Japan) and the Lanthanglas element as the second special lens. This high-quality lens with air gap provides a color-pure image even in the high magnification range.

The lens with air gap is naturally adjustable. Each lens is equipped with the best possible multi-component manufacturer for maximum contrast.
