The Skywatcher Star Discovery P150i with SynScan ™ WIFI module was designed for convenient, wireless control with your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet with the free Freeware SynScan app. The attached WLAN module creates its own WIFI network, with which the mount can be used anywhere, even without another WIFI network. After entering the coordinates in the app and following the simple alignment procedure, you are ready to discover the universe with the app's intuitive touchscreen menu.

The Skywatcher Star Discovery P150i with the SynScan app enables fully computer-controlled GoTo control of the mount and automatically moves your telescope to any object that you have selected from the app's extensive database with over 10,000 objects. The mount is equipped with the patented Skywatcher Freedom-Find ™ double encoder technology, which allows the mount to be moved freely by hand without losing the position and orientation data. This gives you enormous freedom and additional convenience and flexibility during your observations.

With its very useful, large 150 mm light-collecting opening and the superb parabolic primary mirror, the Star Discovery P150i is a powerful all-rounder for observing the moon, bright planets, nebulae, galaxies and star clusters and is easy to carry and transport.
